Late policy for riders

We understand delays happen. Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time for all ride types


  • You’ll receive driver details 1 hour before departure
  • If you’re running late, please communicate with your driver


What to Expect


  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your ride may be marked as a no-show and canceled.
  • You’ll need to reschedule at current prices
